Flow Forging Process

Using advanced alloy casting techniques, wheel blanks are precisely machined to remove seams and prepare the surface for the flow forging process. The blanks are then preheated to 420°C before being placed in a flow forging machine, where high-speed rotation and CNC-controlled rollers shape the alloy to create a lightweight, high-performance wheel. This continuous flow of alloy ensures optimal strength and durability.
